I have had the opportunity to work with Sheema and Parry Kalra back in February when I thought getting a house was an impossibility with the steady insane rise in house prices. Sheema and Parry assured me that they could assist me in acquiring a house. Sheema was able to find me house in two days without going through the bidding war that is becoming the norm in the Real Estate market. I did not have to pay over asking for the house either, it was close to fair market value as I could get it in this type of market…. Once I acquired the house, Parry got to work on finding me a mortgage that would work for my situation. My situation being single with one income and not the highest income for the standard mortgage lenders. He figured out a solution that suited my situation. It is a transitional solution, in a year he will be completing the process and I trust his abilities in achieving the best suitable arrangement for me and my circumstances.
