1. Market Research and Intelligence. You must have heard Location, Location, Location but I believe in Location, Pricing, Timing. I extensively research and analyze current available homes on the market and the ones that are sold. In addition to this, I even try to look for Exclusive Listings or For Sale by Owner and add those to my analysis. My market awareness makes me fully equipped to better position the House I am selling or buying for my clients.
2. Extensive Marketing. I give the property maximum exposure possible. Print Media, Online Marketing, and Business Relationships. My Marketing strategy is a secret that I share with only my clients.
3. Excellent Negotiation. A skill that I honed over years of learning from my Mother who has been in the real estate industry for over a decade. Buying or Selling Homes come with High pressure Negotiations and I try to find middle ground on pricing until my client is satisfied.
